GROUNDWORKS ARE UNDERWAY FOR THE SPECTACULAR DOVE WAY SITE IN UTTOXETER

Dove Way, Uttoxeter, will see the development of two new industrial and logistics units totalling 139,747ft², all to be delivered before the end of Q2 2024.

Positioned within direct access to the A50 linking to the M6, A38 and M1, Uttoxeter lies in a strategic location in the centre of the country providing excellent access to the north, south, east and west.

Dove Way will offer two new units from 34,455ft² to 107,822ft².  Each unit will benefit from an excellent specification including a glazed entranceway, 15% roof lights, floor slab load 50Kn/m², concrete delivery yard, 10/12 metre eaves and a mix of level and dock level loading doors.  It is anticipated that the units will achieve a BREEAM assessment of Excellent.

Both units will be available to purchase or lease.
