UNIT 3 STIRLING BUSINESS PARK LET TO LOCAL VETS

Our third unit at Stirling Business Park has been let to an orthopaedic vet practice, the unit consists of 5,000 sq ft of floor space and is adjacent to our offices, it also benefits from 20 car parking spaces together with a prominent frontage onto the main A52. PMW Property worked together with the team at Orthopeadic Vets to configure their unit to their specifications for their new venture. The A52 leads to other major roads including the A38 and the A50 and ultimately the M1 and the M6 so is in a brilliant position for animals that are in need of specialist orthopaedic care. The use of the premises is restricted to those contained under class B1 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Order 2015. The permitted operating hours are 07.00 – 19.00 Monday to Saturday, with no operations on Sundays or Bank Holidays and no plant or HGV movement is allowed out of these hours.
