NEW DEAL FOR BENSONS FOR BEDS

Omeeto has completed a deal on behalf of Victoria and Matthew Wrigley at Ashbourne-based PMW Property for the lease of warehouse premises in Castle Donington to a well-known British brand.

Acting with joint agents FHP, the 22,993 sq ft warehousing facilities at Trent Lane Industrial Estate have been let to long-established British bed retailer Bensons for Beds.

Served by excellent transport links, the two-bay warehouse includes a large yard and office accommodation and will form part of Bensons for Bed UK-wide distribution network supporting its 170 stores and online operations.
