One Contracts take on a long term lease at Old Whieldon Road  

PMW Property welcomes One Contracts Ltd into Unit 4 Old Whieldon Road, Stoke. PMW Property occupy the full site and have many long standing tenants in occupation.

One Contracts have taken over the 23,443 sq.ft commercial unit on a long term lease to move their expanding business into as their current premises they have outgrown.

One Contracts are high end manufacturers of bespoke joinery and upholstery products for the commercial and leisure industry as seen on the image above. One Contracts have plenty of exciting plans for the unit and we look forward to seeing the final result.
