WELCOMING QTS GROUP LTD TO BAXTER HOUSE

Another successful deal completed for us at PMW Property to QTS Group Ltd. QTS Group Ltd is one of the UK’s leading rail contractors, providing specialist services in rail engineering, infrastructure, and training.

Baxter House, Linby is an impressively large 25,000ft² site sat on 2.5 acres of land offering high quality office space together with a large warehouse and production area which has now been let to our new tenants QTS Group Ltd.
