LARGE EXPANSION FOR EXHIBITION INTERIOR COMPANY

Back in November 2022, we welcomed our new tenant, Pentalpha, to unit 4 at our Peasehill Road, Ripley site. The unit is comprised of nearly 5,000 sq ft and is set amongst our five other units at our popular Peasehill Business Park. Then in September 2023, Pentalpha branched out into 3 of our other units at our business park and in June 2024 they took unit 3 as well, thus making a very nice sizeable 19,500 sq ft package for their business.

Pentalpha is a family run firm, specialising in exhibition interiors, particularly fitouts for shops, bars, restaurants, and hotels. They also provide solutions for residential home offices and garden rooms, and we think they will make a great addition to our portfolio. The firm was established in 1995 by Ian, a qualified joiner, who has worked all over the world, his son Jody joined him a few years later and then Ian’s daughter also joined making it a real family firm.

Our Peasehill Business Park, Ripley is in a great position for road links to the A38 leading to the M1, which in turn leads to all the other motorways, thus creating great links to the whole of the country. It is also in the middle of two main railway stations, Derby and Nottingham.
