GRAYS TRANSPORT TAKE ON ADDITIONAL SPACE

Grays Transport, a long standing tenant of PMW Property since 2014, has moved from their old premises in Alfreton into the front two warehouse bays at Mohawk on Codnor Gate Industrial Estate. PMW Property undertook a refurbishment when Grays Transport took occupation of the unit, which included the removal of internal concrete walls to create a large open warehouse space together with re-cladding of the external walls.

PMW Property is pleased to announce that during these unprecedented and uncertain times, Grays Transport have expanded their family run business even further to take on the additional 30,458 ft² workshop unit to the rear of the site which includes both level and dock loading facilities together with the rear yard which is both private and secure and they now occupy a total of 101,403 ft².
