PMW PROPERTY SUPPORTS BUSINESS GROWTH FOR LONG STANDING TENANTS PERMAROOF
West Way at Cotes Park Industrial Park, Somercotes is the business base for expanding business Permaroof in Derbyshire.
The site is owned by PMW Property and following the recent unprecedented growth in 2018 by Permaroof, the premises have been adapted with the help of PMW to promote further business opportunity for our client, Permaroof. Permaroof, one of Europes largest importer and distributor of Firestone RubberCover roofing products, has made its first acquisition as they have acquired Gosport based The Skylight Company. 2019 also sees Permaroof launch a commercial sales division, expand its Contractor Programme for trade’s people and take on additional warehousing space with PMW Property. This has helped Permaroof achieve on target sales of £15 million this current year.
With effective communication between the two companies we have negotiated a deal to suit all parties allowing Permaroof to expand its operation, increase its customer base and improve the turnover.
The new premises at West Way used to consist of one larger unit of over 40,000 sq.ft which PMW Property have split to enable Permaroof to expand their business.
Permaroof have the additional benefit of further security by entering into a new Lease for the combined units for a further term. Adrian Buttress the Managing Director of Permaroof added that “By expanding our business within our existing building we have been able to ensure continuity of production. The additional floor space allows us to add a specialist Sales Team servicing all products and adapting to the needs of existing and new customers.”
Matthew Wrigley of PMW Property commented “We are delighted to be able to assist Permaroof with their expansion and pleased that we can accommodate their need for further space. The PMW philosophy builds on creating close partnerships with our tenants. Permaroof are a tenant of long standing, over 10 years, and our excellent relationship has enabled us to assist their business expansion.”
