PMW Property has built up an extensive commercial and residential property portfolio over the last 30 years. This includes a mix of commercial & residential lettings offering an efficient service to a variety of tenants both long term and short term. We specialise in developing and refurbishing both commercial units and residential accommodation.

Our Commercial property portfolio is always expanding and currently incorporates most of the East Midlands throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire. Through extensive refurbishment, smaller more operable units have been developed, allowing local industry to move or expand into The East Midlands. Smaller units have also been built to offer start-up businesses storage and compact accommodation with low overheads.
